CENTRE FOR LEADERSHIP (CL)
You won’t learn theory on the job and you won’t learn to be a great business leader just sitting in the classroom. That’s why we created the Center for Leadership (CL). We were hearing from the corporate world that students graduating from traditional MBA programs weren’t ready to take charge. Today at GCEL, you’ll find more than academic rigor. Beyond the classroom, the CL’s innovative offerings paired with our various experiential learning programs will prepare you to move forward with a confidence that’s rooted in skills. The Centre shall also adopt programmes that will prepare entrepreneurs to lead their businesses with confidence.

While completing the business programs traditionally focus on classroom lessons, textbooks, and case studies, the CL develops students, traditional business owners and starters by fostering conversations and addressing leadership challenges through Seminars, Executive Speaker Series, Experiential Learning Programs and Coaching.
